Default Need Help with my 5.4 3v

I have just recently replaced my Timing chain, Guides, tensioners, and Cam Phasers. After replacing and getting it completely back together the truck now makes a shinning noise, and I am getting OBD II CODES
P0171 System too lean bank 1
P0174 System too lean bank 2
P0191 FRP Sensor Range/Performance
P2006 IMRC Stuck Closed
Can any one help me? I did not do any of this before! Please and thanks

So - there were NO codes before the work was performed? Did you do this work yerself?

Coincidence? Neither of the systems below is related to the valvetrain.

If the fuel pressure drops while under a load you will get the p0171/p0174 and the p0191. The p0191 is set when the fuel pressure reading does not match the duty cycle that the pcm is commanding.

Check the FPDM. http://www.f150online.com/forums/art...placement.html

If it's confirmed good, time to check the fuel pump. To access the FRP PID you need a capable scanner.

As fer the IMRC (a.k.a CMCV) - the linkage and/or the actuator is suspect. The intake manifold needs to come off to access it.

I have already checked the FPDM, how would you check your fuel pump could that cause your system to be to lean? And I'm gonna check the linkage and actuator later this evening.

I already told you - you need a competent OBDII scanner (or Torque Pro and a BT dongle + an Android phone or tablet ), to access and monitor the FRP PID.

The FPDM was just a visual inspection? Not always adequate. You can temporarily bypass it (maxes FRP). Or borrow a known good unit, or buy a Dorman spare for ~$50.
