so i thought this would be a good way to get some tips on replacing of a head gasket.

my truck is a 2003 5.4L and has around 170k miles on it and i was curious as to what other parts should be replaced since we will be that far into the engine. other than the bolts and screws that need to be replaced, the timing chains, and the oil pump what other misc. parts should be considered being replaced?

also with two guys maybe three working on this at the shop, how long should the entire process of replacing both heads take considering we get the heads back from the shop within a reasonable amount of time?
