Default cylinder 3 misfire and bank 1 too lean

hey guys i have a 1997 ford f150 2wd with a 5,4l triton and its running lean on bank 1 and has a miss fire on cylinder 3. the codes says the o2 sensor on bank 2, sensor 2 has a malfunction. idk if that has to do with something or not. i have also recently (maybe a week ago) had to replace cylinder 1's coil pack.

ok so here is the weird part. the truck will only misfire at idle and only a short time after start up. for some reason the misfire goes away after maybe 5-10 mins.

please help!

It has nothing to do with the o2's! what are the EXACT codes! P0174 would indicate a bad PCV elbow. The missfie may be because of the vacuum leak if thats what the ACTUAL code indicates.
