So I'm rapidly approaching 100k miles on my 2009 and almost exactly one month ago I started the truck and had it idling for about 10 minutes. the check engine light was on when I went to pull away and checked my scangauge to find a P0130 code. I cleared it, but it came back later that day and i went out and bought a new oxygen sensor and replaced the bank 1 sensor 1. It has been fine for the last month and today I started the truck and got tied up for a few minutes and when I went to drive away, the check engine light was on again. P0150 this time. I have another O2 sensor ordered, and was going to change it anyway, but is it common for them to die so close to each other in time?

my 09 did the same thing, went to the dealer they found and I will quote it for you,,,,,,CHECK OUT AND FOUND P0130, 150, PERFORMED TSB 13-3-5 AND REPROGRAMMED PCM AND TCM TO CORRECT.........
they told me it was sending false signals and has been fine ever since was done 10-20-15.... hope this helps
