Engine dies upon start up constantly.
2003 5.4. 220k
Replaced fuel pump, fuel treatment, did not correct problem. Idles fine, runs fantastic, takes atleast 3 attempts at crank to hold idle. Any suggestions?

Is your fuel filter new? I had a problem with a carburetor once like that, when you first turn it over it gives a little 'extra squirt' of fuel. That little pump went on me and so I had the same problem. So on a newer truck could it be an injector or computer thing? Maybe timing?
