2007 5.4 bucking and misfiring during acceleration

2007 5.4 bucking and misfiring during acceleration
07 5.4 having acceleration problems. I changed
All plugs with platinum. It has 120,000 on it
And a k&n intake. I've gotten a code for #5 cylinder
So I changed plug again and injector and also
Coil. No success. I also changed fuel filter and checked
Every coil with a new one to no avail. Problem is getting
Under my skin. Any ideas?

No...hook up a multi meter and read the connector to the Coil and the connector to the fuel injector... how do you know there's proper power ..if any .. you can swap COP's all day...but if the plug is not providing the power it aint working...
