anybody know if this code is for the evap check valve or the canister on the drivers side frame rail?

just got the error code yesterday. only symptoms are the fuel gauge won't read as full after filling up with gas.....and about a week ago the truck took a few extra cranks to start up as if it weren't getting fuel initially. truck runs fine though.

thanks for the help. searched and nothing popped up so i thought i'd ask the experts.
