Default Timing discrepancy 4.6 expedition

Going to doing timing set on 03 4.6 expy. But running into some timing discrepancies.
I read that put crank timing mark at 6 o clock. And cam timing marks 90 degrees to head surface. Yet then I see this picture

Shows keys @ 90
So which is it?

Below is how it sits with old set.

Passenger side is at 90 degress to head surface.

Driver side is about 3 links shy.
Assuming skipped time

I have 97-03 f150 manual but only says 02 expy. And says cam dots at 90 to head. But 03+expy manaul looks same so didn't grab it.

Looking for clarification if anyone has it.

As long as the Marks on chain all line up your 100% timed.

So if I move the cam and chain counter clockwise and keep the crankshaft at 6 o'clock I'll be ok?
Thank You So Much Moose08 for responding!

Depends what you mean by ok? Are you changing tensioners or? Also idk the reason but when I was little my Dad always told me to never turn crank counter clockwise. Always clock wise as it was running. Never asked why just did ha. Just .02¢

I'm sorry, I should have said what I was doing in the first place. I had to replace the heads. No compression on #2 and low on #1, 5, and 6. The truck sat for almost 8 years. I've owned it for about a year. Decide to start work on it this year. The tensioners are ok, guides are ok and the chains are ok.
No, no. Not move the crankshaft at all. ONLY move the cam shaft counter clockwise. So that the timing mark on the chain matches the timing mark on the crankshaft. It's two (2) teeth off at the crankshaft. Thanks Again Moose08

Yeah basically making your whole timing assembly look like the 1st picture I posted.

Here is a nice write up I found.
