Question No sensor response when disconnected

My 99 4.6, is throwing misfire codes on #1 and #6, new plugs and wires, Have fire, did compression check, all is good there, unplugged injectors while motor is running, no change in motor when 1 and 6 were disconnected. Tested injectors, all read around 16-17, so those should be fine, cleaned they. What is next for me to check? Wiring hardness or PCM? Please help if you can, thanks
Also while motor is running, I can unplug multiple sensors and notice no difference in engine rpms, runs like crap, barely wants to pull itself, help

Swap The coils to different cylinders to see if this misfire moves.
