4R70w Transmission won't shift.
Hi I have a f150 99 and water got into my 4R70w Transmission I thought I had cleared all the water out but then my trans would not shift into 3rd from 2nd gear I cleared more water out of it drove for a few days now I can't shift from 1st or 2nd gear.
