It is really easy. I have done it. just 1 take off the oil cap pull up on the front of the engine cover pull it out. 2 one by one remove the screws that hold down the coils over the plugs in the center of the valve covers, and pull the coil up and out then remove the spark plug. I do each one separately so not to loose any parts or let something fall in. 3 put new plug in and do the reverse of above and you are done. If you take your time it will take about 30-45 mins.

Latest TSB recommends .028 gap on plugs. Iridium plugs CAN be gapped if one is very, very careful Just completed mine yesterday, hardest part was removing the coil packs, as they were "Stuck" on the plugs. Took some wiggling... Use dielectric grease on the new boots to make installation and future removal easier.

What mileage are y'all changing plugs at? Preventive or problem related?

Since these are a boosted, high compression engine, 40-50K miles would be the max on a set of iridium plugs, in my opinion.

Actually, that is really pushing it. Seems like 20k mile intervals and the CAC weephole are the cure for the ecoboost
