Gate valve noise
After I got my 2013 Platinum back from the body shop after my son had a front end crash I immediately noticed a "whooshing" noise as I get off the throttle. I've had it to four dealerships, two independent mechanics and two body shops, everybody can hear the noise but nobody is able to identify or fix it. They've replaced the turbo, the catalytic converter and the gate value, no change. Anybody have any idea if it's something I need to be concerned about?

Nothing to worry about. I hear the same thing when I get off the throttle after a rather aggressive acceleration in which boost pressure is up. It's simply the blow-off valve releasing the pressure.
