115k miles and I'm getting a fuel smell in the cab with engine idle only while at a stop. Checked the dipstick and it is over full by about 1/2 inch. I have heard there is a bulletin for this. I'm out of warrenty so I need to fix it on my own. What part needs to get changed and how difficult is it?
