oil in innercooler

Default oil in innercooler

i have a 2011 f-150 eb changed innercooler and found oil in it anybody else ran into this problem

How much oil? was it all oil or oil residue mixed with water?
Could be blow by.

I experience a little blow by in all of my boosted vehicles (and some of my NA ones). A catch can help.

Same here. I noticed because the IC cracked at the bottom and it started to leak oil. Some days it looked more like condensation and others just oil. I'm pretty sure it's from the PCV. I really quizzed the dealer on the issue when I had the IC replaced but they couldn't tell me where it was coming from. I need to install a catch can one of these days.

Just an FYI the oil is coming from the pcv system via blow by Geoff with full race is looking for a solution. With a catch can but it will require two lines one for each valve cover.
