I would say you could put in some Moog 844 coils in the front instead of rough country. I did some research before i made my purchase, on both rough country and moog and I went with moog 824 coils (slightly softer than 844's). It leveled my truck out. The springs are basically just HD longer stiffer springs made for an f250 but will fit f150 just the same. The rough country's will start to sag sooner than the moog.
