Default f250 coil swap

OK Im close to do this mod but I was wanting to make sure about a few things. First I wanted to see if there was anything else to change besides the springs and camber shims. Second, my truck is a 4x4 and was told the spring swap will only give a 4x4 f150 a inch lift.. third should I get the heaviest f250 they have, I don't what the part number is. So if you guys that have done this swap it would be great if any advice can be given.

you just want to level out your truck, im guessing ?

you should be fine just throwing in those f250 springs.

a lot of people of done it around here especially after falling springs exc..
they just buy 250 ones and level the truck out.

If you're wanting to go a little higher, while you're changing the springs just go ahead and put some spacers on your coils. Just get the size you want, 1 inch, 2inch or whatever,If you go higher than two total, you will probably need radius arm drop brackets and axle pivot brackets keep the front end in proper alignment, and if you go too high in the front, just put a block in the rear. I put just f250 springs on the front of an 82 four wheel drive and with a factory block on the rear, it was perfectly level.
