Default wtf now!!!!

So 89 5.0 been sitting 2 weeks dead battery. Changed battery fired right up idled a little high....not abnormal but has no miss or sputter like normal ...deleted the egr and iac prior to this afternoon.... while it was running. I unplugged the iac... it died... hasn't fired since. Pulled the plugs they all fire but are all black but not soaked in gas or burnt. What could it be it's getting fuel and fire. The spark is yellow not blue but still a good spark. Please help

When you unplugged the iac while it was running. You may have shorted something out and blew a fuse. Check the under dash fuse box, as well as the under hood fuse box.

Never unplug the IAC while it's running, especially idling. Any tests that require unplugging the IAC always state to unplug when the truck is off. On another note, I understand the EGR delete, but there is no reason to remove the IAC permanently. It's actually a pretty critical piece once the engine goes into open loop mode.
