Have to open the outer edge of the lug holes and use old f250 lug nuts. The lugs are the ones with the flat washers on them.

Here is my 94 with 2000 Expedition rims...

i always wondered how you did that, i know the newer stuff is 5x135mm and are stuff is 5x5 1/2, i guess since i knew they were different, i never checked to see how close 135mm is to 5 1/2.

Its close enough that the MM center caps snap on the 5.5 bolt pattern.
