Default Wierd clunk-clunk noise. What is it?

I have a 94 xlt 4x4 supercab F-150. When I am reversing and apply and release the brakes there is a weird clunk-clunk noise coming from the passenger front wheel area. What could it be? I recently replaced the front springs, shocks and brake pads.

Thanks

Does your brake pads use spring clips to hold them in position?
Maby one fell out during installation.

Check the radius arm bushings.

I'll have to check the brake pads but it has been a few months since I changed them. Could it be the ball joints?

Yes it could be the ball joints or maybe even the radius arm bushings. You will have to crawl under to check the bushings and jack up the tire to check ball joints. Bearings and u-joints tend to make noise with or without the brake application.
