No, not without altering the fender wells. A kid in highschool had like a 94 f150 with 42's on it and he claimed it had around 14 inches of lift and the fenders were untouched. It could of cleared 44's but thats a ton of tire and idk why someone would run those on the road. It takes a butt load of cash to ride that high lol.

never understood the whole compensating insult, some people like lifted trucks why does that mean they are less of a man than some one else that doesn't? not trying to be a *** but I always hear people say this and I just dont see the point
