I just had the air intake gaskets change , value cover gasket, and injectors replace. Now I have this whistle noise when revive it up and driving it down the road.

What year and engine ? Duct from air filter housing to throttle body ? Need more info.

Your engine is sucking air where it shouldn't. Possibly a gap in the intake gasket or (more likely) a vacuum line has come loose/cracked/broken. Recheck that your vacuum connections are secure and that there are no open vacuum ports.
