if it's in the same place on my '92 the relay is in the little black box between the air box and brake fluid reservoir.. i don't remember exactly which one it is but i believe there's a diagram under the lid.

check the fuel pump inertia switch as well. should be behind the pass. side kick panel. or was it the driver's side...
anyways it's a little box a bit smaller than a wallet with a red button on top. make sure that button is pressed down
