a little expensive, i have seen them on ebay and pretty sure your local junker would have tons of these trucks sitting around
if it aint broke don't fix it, that doesn't mean you can't be ready for when it breaks

You can rebuild your 302 for less than a grand, machine work and all. May even have money left over for GT-40 heads or something fun. A good crate motor will be over 1200. Promar sells on Ebay and supplies the advanced auto parts here, great shop, great motors. Jasper I don't trust anymore. I gotten motors from them with loose head bolts, missing oil pan bolts, actually had one show up with no main bearings.

yep Summit or Jegs and you might try the local Ford Dealership....Ford Motor Parts can be pretty reasonable...do a days a 347 can be had for much teh same price...you cant beat it and it works just fine...

opting to rebuild yours is another option...if you have a reputable machine shop to do all the work and you assemble it or find someone who can...

all of my rebuilds are strokers...for me it is the same price to buy a crank, rods and pistons with bearings and rings then it is to have my stuff reman'd...
