Default Clear Turn Signals

I got my new, clear turn signals yesterday and installed one of them today. It was too late to install the other side before it got dark, I had to stop and run to the auto parts store for the amber bulbs, the ones they sent with the signals were not correct bulbs. I took pics with the new one on the driver's side and the old one on the passenger side. I will put up pics when the other side is finished, hopefully tomorrow.

How many lamps are involved in the entire headlamp assembly? Just one headlight, and one turn signal?

It does look different than the stock signal cover.
I got them from this guy on eBay:

There are 4 parts to the headlamp assembly.
1. the headlamp bracket/frame.
2. the headlamp itself.
3. the corner/marker lamp.
4. the bumper lamp/turn signal.

How hard were they to replace, and are these stock parts you could find at like an Autozone?

They are fairly easy to install. There are 2 nuts, under the hood, and 2 screws that hold the headlight bracket in place. Remove those and the bracket and turn signal come out together. The turn signal is actually mounted to the bracket by 3 screws. Once I figured all that out, it only took
about 5-10 mins to change them out. You will need to buy the amber equivalents of the bulbs that are stock. The seller sent replacement bulbs along with the turn signals, but they were not the correct bulbs.

No, those are the stock Ford headlights. I am looking at the diamond clear replacements right now. They are also on eBay and go about $70-$90 for the pair, including shipping.

They are not hard to replace(see above answer) but you will not find these at Autozone. The seller I got them from, on eBay, has an online credit card payment system and I got these in the mail in less than 5 days.
