Default wheel bearings and warn hubs

going to put new wheel bearings and locking hubs in my 1994 150 4x4 tonight. i know to pack the bearings good, but i would like to clean out all the old grease in the hub and put some new stuff in there. any idea how much grease is enough?

A pint tub will be enough, or a full size cartridge for a grease gun.
