Default What's your favorite shop manual?

I've been looking for the Ford factory manual (FCS-12107-96-1) for my '96 but don't really want to drop $200 on a few books. Would rather have it cheaper on a CD. There's a few aftermarket manuals floating around...I've heard Chilton is crap now. What your favorite manual to use?

I use the Haynes book on my '96, XL, 4.9, auto. I find it works fine and I fill the gaps with you guys on the forum.

I've got a Chilton and it's OK but the pictures suck. I find the Haynes has better picture and better descriptions in some areas.

Factory Manuals are the best ( IMO ) if you plan on keeping your truck for a long time. You can get a set at Bishko Automobile Literature for less than $150.00 including shipping.
