Default What Power Steering Fluid Should I Use?

I'm getting ready to swap the steering box on my 92 F150 5.8L Automatic. I have everything ready to go, but I can't find a good reference for what to use for power steering fluid. I bought the truck used and never had the owner's manual. From what I've read online, it looks like ATF Type F for the power steering and Mercon V for the transmission and transfer case. Can someone confirm this? I'll also accept any tips on swapping the steering box.

I use Valvoline MaxLife High Mileage Power steering and Tranny fluid it seems to work good. I also hear that lucus power steering fluid is good as well

My book does say type F fluid for the power steering, but I always use Dextron/Mercon. You don't need to use power steering fluid, it's more expensive.
