What did you do to your truck today?

What a day. After my 1990 F-150 just wouldn't start the other day, I decided to do some compression test and found it down around 90 psi. Plenty of fire, plenty of fuel in the rack so I take the stuff off the front and inspect the timing chain. It is not in great shape but I don't think it has jumped a tooth so I replace it anyway along with a new water pump and gasket set.
It still won't start. I even tried a little snort of either to see if there is any life at all. This is after a new ECM! It still has plenty of strong spark, it has a new set of injectors in it and it has been running since then and before I changed the ECM (terrible fuel mileage) there were no error codes.
This thing is acting like it has a series of exhaust open except I know better because of the compression test. I am going to have to take a break from this thing.

After a 1 year absence form the board... I ordered Rancho Quick lift loaded leveling struts, RS 7000 shocks for the rear, spark plugs and the lilse tool. Dumped a can of seafoam in the tank to "clean out the carbon" drove like a maniac.

Finally got started on my bull/brush guard/mad max bumper. I've still got to take the lights off of the bumper, weld on mounting tabs, light tabs, sand and bedline it. I won't get it done this week, but at least it's on the way. This sucker is heavy. I'm nearly out of welding wire too, so as usual, another project on hold.
