Jsweet did red and his looks good but he didn't use red LEDs

Is it just me or are the needles impossible to see with the red?

i can barely see the needles too....

and iv seen people use red LEDs and it looks fine. only difference is you have to remove the green film.

They got em at Walmart for around $23
I made brackets so I didn't have to drill into the bumper.

I get a discount on em anyways. And the nearest Princess Auto is about 6 hours from me unfortunately.

Dont want to drill into perfectly good chrome bumper unless absolutely neccessary...

Good thing I have pre drilled holes already underneath

And even If I did drill on top I can always fill in the holes with some rubber plugs if I remove them.
