What did you do to your truck today?
Senior Member
I got ambitious today after work and bought a new master cylinder and reservoir. Since I bought the truck in April, the brakes never felt quite right. The truck would stop fine but then the pedal would go soft and go to the floor. After doing some research on the symptoms I figured I'd give replacing the MC a shot. Only bench bleeding the MC and installing it, I can feel a difference in the pedal. On Sunday I will bleed the system and test drive it.

Maybe to many trucks?
I just got rid of General grabber AT2s on my 02 F250 and put BFG TA KOs and a big reason why. The generals suck in the mud and when they get really worn out they sing like crazy. I got 20K miles out of our General Grabber AT2s in 285 75 R16. I now have BFG TA KOs in 295 75 R16 and they do a lot better in the mud. I was pulling a motorhome while I was in the mud and it didn't slip one tire in 2wd.

I got a 70K mile warranty on mine! I haven't sat down and read the warranty line for line, but I didn't buy them for the mud. I just wanted something with some tread to get me in and out of my yard pulling the 4200lb travel trailer and a dependable tire for travel. So far so good. Let me clarify too, I bought the Grabber AT, not the AT2.
