What did you do to your truck today?
Dodge+Ford = always ready
yes, extended cab. all i have left are just the fiberglass steps, the metal hoops sold already. was just going to throw the steps on Craigslist here for around $100

I hate my body lines because my bed sticks down farther than my cab and I know I can cut it to be even but that sounds like a disaster waiting to happen
Maybe to many trucks?
well wasn't today but was over the weekend:
stuck my new (used) engine on the stand.
got all the parts I thought I needed including oil pump, oil pan gasket, oil pump gaskets, head gaskets, head bolts, intake gaskets, and valve cover gaskets.
Well tore the heads off to start cleaning up the engine and found a little surface rust which cleaned right up.
Then went to turn the engine over to oil the cylinder walls and the engine wouldn't turn.
take the oil pan off and pretty much ended up stopping thier.
When I get the chance I have to pull the pistons (probably get new rings) get new main and rod bearings and install that and hopefully the engine will turn over. Finish cleaning the cylinder walls oil it and slap the engine back together then comes the fun of pulling my old engine and slapping this one in plus tearing into the old engine to see if it is rebuildable.
All this plus my damn explorer battery took a dump on me so I only have the 02 F250 and my mom's 04 Gmc envoy xuv to drive right now.
Also on the 92 F250 I got a set of Lund fender flares for the front ($5) and found out the engine isn't siezed just a bad starter.

Finally found a replacement key for my UWS tool box. I know these keys are common, but it's nice to have a locked toolbox with a chainsaw or tools in the box. Keeps the honest man honest.
I'm Still Down Home
Before:
And after:
I decided that I wanted pinstripes on the truck, aside from the factory ones. At work on a Sunday with nothing to do, boredom can strike quickly. And then there's your vehicle, standing right there with an awkward look, as if it were saying, "And uh.. What about me?" So, what about the truck? Pinstripes! Why not?!
And a shot from the behind.
Well, I like it, at least...
