When stopped in traffic, for instance, with the a/c running full speed, headlights and radio on, and turn signals blinking, there is no change in the rate of blinking or any other indications of low amps available. Charge rate is always where you would want it. Bump the starter and you're ready to drive. You get the idea.

Tested my fuel mileage after doing a full tune up. Gained 5 MPGs...worth every penny and busted knuckle.

Sure is worth it! I did the same to my 07 2.3L Ranger. It was a perfect condition running and appearance and at 100K I decided to do a tune up.

Changed Plugs, Wires, Coolant, Belt, Clean MAF & TB, Tranny Fluid & Filter, Rearend Fluid, Front 02 Sensor, Fuel Filter, High Flow Air Filter, Oil & Filter and converted rear drums to disc and I picked up 2.5MPG!

Is this not a 130 amp? Oreillys said it was, out of a e150. And it's physically bigger.

It's ok that it's larger, as long as it fits and works. Larger case give it more room to stay cooler.

I understand that. With that being said, I live in AZ so my ac is always on almost year round and with my 1000 watt amp, I don't ever notice a current draw. Well... Except when my music is loud and the bass is bumping my light dim. I'm not sure the alternator being larger would help this. Right??
