I told you... But really, I am not as smart as all of you. Is it HP? Torque? Sure isn't gas mileage...

Look at it as sean said. Push on the back of the pedal to pull the bottom of it towards you. If it has slack you put zip ties on to take up the slack. I put 5 on my 97 and 3 on my 92. Simple mod.

Or... you can have someone hold the pedal to the floor, then see if you can open the throttle more with your hand. Not running of course.
