Update on '95 Eddie Bauer F-150
Earlier I posted a thread regarding my speedometer, odometer and cruise control not working. Well, here's the follow up:
I found out that there was a recall on cruise control switches in the '95 F-150's. So while I was at the dealership I went ahead and suckered in to telling them what was really wrong with it. So here's what they did....
The ECU from the airbags caused the short which knocked out the speedometer and odometer. So they unplugged it, and for the meantime thats how it will stay. So now I finally found out that the truck has 107K on it, which still isnt bad for a '95.
SO I thought I would share that in case anybody comes across the same issue.
