The head gasket blew lol. Fixed it though, really wasnt a full blow. @14psi. New turbo videos. There both at less then 2/3 thottle

Those look like you're getting closer to getting all the bugs worked out.

I think so.... just torqued the drivers side cam / pushrod panel. Was leaking a little.

yeah so its safe to say that you need sone felpro gaskets to handle a turbo on this motor. Head, exhaust and intake, valve cover etc.... and maybe arp studs. Definitely a must have if your over 80k miles xD. Shes purrin atm. Almost 0 smoke is coming out of the motor now. Little more time at idle with the heater on max.

Those 300's are known for blowing the gaskets out of those inspection covers. My buddy used to keep rtv in his truck just in case. Lol

Yep. Them bolts were damn near off lol.


Cleaned up wiring and vacuum lines. And cleaned the oil crap.
