nice you wont get a ping until 16 degree base and then you will detonate but what r u trying to do get more power or what cause it wont be noticeable unless u have some sort of mods

A little more power and mpg's which I'm happy with now. I'm going to make a intake tube between the air box and throttle body.

Timing bump is different on every engine. 16 is the average for ping, but some get it at 14, 15, 16. Plus plug gap has a variable in there too. 16 is not a rule.
