Autolite copper core or motorcraft copper core. Just the standard old plug .

I like the sandard plug the best. The truck seems to run better .

just stick with motor craft copper.
you want power and more mpg and stuff. do a sixlitre tune.

did the e3 plug swap and new wires,rotor,cap to my 1993 f150 5.0 302 and it wouldnt run i thought i crossed a wire and spent 3 hours trying to fix it and i took them e3 plugs out put some autolites in their and she purred like a kitten so i took them pieces of crap and threw them at the dick at napa that recommended them to me lol his face was priceless

Yep, Autolite or Motorcraft. I've actually conducted the exercise of using different plugs and ended back up with Autolite/Motorcraft.

I ended just going with auto light coppers and wires from napa costed $39 and some change. Didn't get to it till 10 ish I think, took about and hour cuz I was taking my time anti seizing the plugs and put dielectric grease on the connections. Then I found out I need a coil too now which I'm gunna go get tomorrow morning and cuz of that I might have found my slight cut out.

And can you bump the timing without re gaping and a hotter coil?

yes but only by 3 degrees just to be safe and if u do just 3 degrees you will b e at 13 degrees normal is ten

Well I did a base of 13-14 runs great I've had no pinging yet. Haven't had a load in the bed yet to tell if its going to ping under load.
