There is a Schrader valve on top of the fuel rail (think tire valve), you just screw the FP gauge onto it. Test FP with KOEO, engine running, and 2-4 minutes after shutting off to check for bleed down. (I know it's hard to do the last two when it won't start)

I finally got it started. This has got me thinking. Can I use the Schrader valve to run a fp gauge like inside the truck or underneath my cowl hood?

Not really a very good idea.

Well I got a practically brand new autometer fp gauge that I wanna use but have no clue how to hook it up. What's the best way to do it?

The problem with this idea is that with the schrader valved tapped by the gauge hose you now have an open port in the fuel line, which allows gas into the gauge hose that is sitting/running across the top of the engine where it would be subject to many detrimental factors (heat, abrasion, electrical arcing, being pierced), also FP gauges are not meant for long-term readouts so they could very possibly develop leaks quickly if left connected and exposed to the changing temps of the engine bay. If you could find a sending unit (something that screws onto the valve and sends a signal through wires to a gauge) that would be a safer alternative, but honestly fuel pressure is not something that really needs to be constantly monitored. Better uses for the space the readout gauge would take up include an actual oil pressure gauge, a trans fluid temp gauge, and an actual coolant temp gauge.
