Default How would you go about reducing lift

Here is my issue...

The truck I bought has a lift (I think it is 4 inches. The previous owner knew little about it). It looks as though at some point the owner who installed the lift installed a 2" lift and then wanted it higher. Instead of buying a new kit, he just added taller springs in the front and blocks in the rear. This is evident by the fact that the front axle is moved backward due to the control arms being too short for the spring height. I have the springs from the first lift, but I don't know if removing the rear blocks is all I need to do to level it back to the original lift height. Does that sound right or am I missing something?
