Does your truck have a check engine light on the dash? If so you do not need a tester. Just a paperclip to pull the codes. Use the paper clip instead of the "code key". Follow this link.

Here is what your codes mean:
327 is the Differental pressure feedback EGR sensor or the EGR valve pisition sensor. Is your truck running like crap?
542 and 556 both are fuel pump circut failure codes. Is your truck running at all?
and 538 on the Key on Engine running test is that you didn't blip the throttle during the test or maybe u did and it didn't register it. don't worry about this one. I guess your truck is running.
The EGR code could be the actual egr tube. Don't forget to check there. I would clean the entire EGR system with a wire brush and some solvent and see if it helps.

well it runs like crap when i start it up sometimes. and i do have a tick noise coming from the pass. side of the engine. and you can hear the fuel pumps running really loud on both tanks.
