Default Transmission issues. 1994 f150 manual.

Ok here is what happened. Monday I drove the truck to work and noticed that the clutch felt very soft. Well I got in it to drve it home Tuesday and the clutch will no longer disengage at all. It does not stick to the floor but the pedal feels extremely soft.

I tried adding some brake fluid to the one next to the brakes and while it seemed a little low it was not much and it did not help.

Try bleeding the system, you may even consider just filling and bleeding and filling and bleeding until you are getting clear/fresh fluid out of the bleeder valve. May be time for a new master or slave cylinder though.

To replace the clutch in these trucks, I'm fairly certain you have to drop the tranny and the transfer case. At least that's what the shop told me when they did it a couple of years ago.

Yes it does sound like slave cylinder, I would pull the inspection cover off the bell housing and shine a flashlight in there to see if fluid is spewing out of it. You can also have someone press on the clutch while you look at it in case that helps at all.
