Default Truck grinds while in motion. If it's moving slowly, it grands.

Hi I'm new to the forum, I joined to ask this one question, but I'm sure more will come up in the future. My 1991 Ford f150 manual tranny has recently been grinding while it's moving at slow speeds. It does it in neutral, reverse, and in gear. As long as its moving slowly (0-15mph) it can be felt in the gear stick. It's most felt when i'm coming to a stop at a light or something. It stays in gear fine, I know it's not the gears grinding from shifting. It quiets down when I get it going faster. As far as I can tell it's not grinding at all, but it's impossible to tell cause I sawed my exhaust off just in front of the rear cattilatic, so it's very loud. My best guess right now is it's the t-case fluids needing to be changed. By the way it is lifted. 4 inch lift sitting on 35 inch tires. It's also not the front end, just had the entire front end rebuilt including the front diff. with WARN products, so it'll last. If anyone has any ideas on why it's doing this, that'd be great.
