Default mysterious problem

hey guys, maybe yall can help me with this problem i have. My A/C works fine but the only thing is that when i get on the road and push on the gas the A/C barely blows but when i let off the gas it blows hard n strong like it should. do you have any idea of why this is happening. 1 other quick question, what happens if you dont clean the MAF sensor? would that cause problems for the truck? Thanks in advance

MAF- might see a decrease in mileage or a little rougher idle, ac might need a charge, there might not be enough freon at high speed to catch up, but lower idle might be enough to charge and cool.

Vacuum leak.

When engine is coasting it has enough vacuum to overcome the leak. Check all your vacuum lines and connections for leaks.

Could be the belt, or the tensioner. The clutch on the compressor could be shot too.
