Default Spark Plug Recommendations

What is the best all around spark plug to install in a two wheel drive F-150 302 cubic inch with an automatic transmission?

I'm looking for good gas mileage and even power during normal driving.

I use AC rapidfire. Great plugs. They also last a while.

Fairly easy. Probably need a 4" or so extension, also the gap should be on the valve cover or radiator support emission tags, usually .45. I gap mine at .50 with no problem. Plugs come out clean.
