the center console and door/dash trim could be updated and painted red, black, or add a nice dark silver. You can also cover the center console with black fabric or padded vinyl 
...I'd say all she needs a good detail

If i were you id paint all the wood grain red. On the outside it feels like you have too man colors. Id spray the chrome on your front bumper red and the do the roll pan on the back red instead of black.

If you paint the whole truck black it would drive faster! Seriously, I used to have a red truck in high school and it seemed to be a cop magnet (or maybe it was my lead foot). I'd clay bar, polish and wax that beast, red looks great when nice and shiny.
