good: loud, cool at first, better flow, more power, possibly more mpg.

bad: loud, annoying after awhile, $$, emmissions, o2 sensor, back tires.

jw... you did say you have the 5.0, right?

It will be loud and if you eliminate the cats you need a tuner to turn off the rear oxygen sensors, unless its pre 96.

ok this is how i did mine! ok the exhaust system has to cats a pre-cat and then the regular cat i cut off the second cat and that pipe is 3" so i went and got a 3" ypipe and the mufflers i used actually fet inside the the y pipe so i welded it all up and dumped it at my rear end! oh yeah i used dynomax race bullets
