Default speedo/odometer calibration

How would I adjust my speedometer and odometer to become accurate? Right now they are running 5-10mph faster, and the milage is going pretty damn fast too. It's a 91' f150 xlt 5.0, automatic, 4x4,and I believe an E40D tranny. I bought this truck with bigger than original tires, those were worn, so I got new tires at the original size. thanks much.
