Default Trade my 91 F150 for 96 F250?

I'm talking with a guy about this trade and can't quite decide if I want to. It's him selling me trading.
*EDIT*
I mean 1995

Mine:
91 XLT Lariat
127k miles
regular cab short box
300 motor w/ A40D
Light surface rust in normal spots
33x12.5 tires on bronco rims with stock 235x75 on stock rims
Curtis plow
Lund visor
Cheap pioneer cd player
Cons: Needs an alignment pretty bad. Camber is off (f250 coils), and if you let go of wheel it drifts right pretty quick. Quarter panel has minor damage. Exhaust rattle and a small hole somewhere near cat I'm thinking.

His: Here's his craigslist ad. He works at a auto/diesel shop for better or worse.
Its got a cd player and overhead console, power windows and doors, tilt wheel. good tires 265/75/16, steel tool box, chrome grille guard truck has firestone overload airbags in the back windshield has a crack and there was some rust but i sealed it and sprayed it with rubberized undercoating, doesnt look that bad.
truck runs amazing has 195,000 miles but doesnt leak a drop of anything, i know that sounds ridiculous but it really doesnt. all the front ball joints and every single u-joint has been changed within the last 6 months, new cap, rotor, plugs and wires within the last year, Plow is a 7'6" meyer power angle plow solid plow works great its an excellent work truck or daily drivere
Texting, it's an XLT. Power windows and locks, tilt wheel, power mirrors and a working AC. Headliner is coming down a little and a dent in a fender and door catches it sometimes.

and his pics

The miles worry me a little bit and I truthfully like the small size of my truck. Had intentions of lifting and getting in contact with local offroad club.

But his truck gets 14mpg towing a 14 foot enclosed trailer, mine gets under 9 (for tbd reason, egr valve is throwing code for one). I have had in my head wanting to get a camper sometime soon but have had nothing to tow with. Also want a long bed for tool box (I work out of truck often) and to still fit my 4 wheeler and when I get a snowmobile again. Plus a 5.8 5 speed would entertain me enough. I miss my 5 speed car

Throw your opinions in here.

*edit*
forgot to mention he's also 6 hours away but would meet to so we can atleast look at each others rigs. His reason for trading is "Any reasonable cash offer will be considered will also consider trade for shorter automatic truck with a plow will add cash if needed". He's asking $3500 with plow $2800 without.

i would say no, you can expect the 5.8l to last 250k miles or so, not saying it wont last longer but thats when they usually start running into problems. your engine is just breaking in and will have years of life left.

Trading a good condition 130k truck for a 190k truck, not a good idea in my book. Mileage that high, no matter how the good the truck was taken care of, means that things are going to be wearing out very soon

I would meet with the guy test drive each others trucks and go from there! After he drives yours and see's and feels all the problems you stated with the truck he may not want it anyway. And you may realize you don't like the bigger f250.
What do you have to lose? Besides a little gas money.

you have to see it in person and drive it before you can make a decision.
you can't base anything on pictures and descriptions.

I've always been weary of buying a truck with a plow on it.

Mainly hoping if there was insight from this with high mile 5.8s. My 01 S10 has 192k miles and leaks nothing, burns nothing, and drives like it gas 100k. starts no problem after sitting for a few days in the cold with the remote start. Step dads 03 F250 has 175k and moms 03 Explorer has over 210k, both are running great ans only see the shop maybe twice a year. Point being, I've started to shrug off higher miles since the can just as easily be in better shape than 100k. My exes 06 audi with 40k was in the shop the 3 years she had it as much has my S10 has. Again, just hoping high mike 5.8'ers speak up.

mpg, he's getting 14 highway towing and im getting 8.77, 8.56, and 8.66 last 3 tanks.

Also, its just a second vehicle. im not fully dependent on it to get me everywhere. That kinda ways in.

Im not convinced I want it. I know the history on mine has we've had it in the family since about 1998/99. Step Dad had put close to $4000 into it including a paint job. Im hoping with a lift kit, get some new front end parts (and better ratio axles) ill have a straight driving truck. Start addressing things around engine bay later for mpg, when temps sent 1* outside.
