Just soaked it now, if I can't get it off with the pb blaster, torch, and jack, I don't think it will ever come off, but I have a good feeling about those approaches lol

I'll throw in my $50.00 worth. Hitting, prying or jacking from the back side of the wheel just deflects the wheel more to bind on the axle. Heating the wheel around the axle hub is probably the best and safest. Then with a 5# hammer, strike the axle itself to cause a vibration to loosen the rust. Good luck and I take my $50.00 in cash.

I wonder if the truck was jacked up on one side then "rocked" or dropped, wonder if the side-to-side action would break 'em loose?
