I have a 1994 f150 5.0, has 240,000+ miles, ran really good and smooth. i went to work in the morning, them when i got off, i started it up and it runs really rough(it constant, it isnt getting better or worse) , i know this isnt much information, any possible suggestions?

Perhaps it dropped a valve push rod. Question for you, does the engine sound the same when cranking it with the starter? Disconnect the coil wire and crank the engine over, listen for a skip in the sound of the starter. If you hear this, remove the dist cap and do it again, when the sound change occurs, note position of rotor. It will point to the plug wire with the affected cylinder, remove that valve cover and inspect.
